Where do I park?
-Free street parking on 4th Ave. (6 hour time limit)
-Free street parking on 1st St. (no time limit)
-Free parking garage at the iPic movie theater
-Paid parking garage at the Delray Beach Market
What if I need to reschedule?
I understand things can come up. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a cancellation fee.
What forms of payment are accepted?
I accept all methods of payment except Zelle or Paypal.
My preferred methods are as follows: Debit/Credit Card OR Venmo
What if Iām running late?
I understand that life happens and we can all run behind schedule sometimes. For this reason, I offer a 15 minute grace period. In the event you are running late, please be sure to notify me as soon as possible. If we start your appointment behind schedule, there is a strong possibility that I will not have time for all your scheduled services.
Can I bring my children?
I love the children of our community, but as a safety precaution, I encourage children under 6 yrs. do not accompany you if they are not receiving a service.
Should I come with my hair clean or dirty?
Please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair - preferably with no products in it. If you really want to ensure optimal results, you can even just shampoo and not use conditioner.
